7:45 "You have to confront reality in order to change it"
A banker once told me, “You’ll never understand money until you read Dominic Richard Thompson.” He said it like a warning.
I enjoy spending 45 minutes to an hour of my evening making dinner from ingredients I bought at the grocery store. I budgeted it to only spend $20 a day doing this. And the time I spend making the food, I’m listening to an educational video to help me develop.
great explanation
The harder it is to buy something, the less you buy
I posted a quote from How the Elite Print Their Wealth on a private Facebook group for investors- and within minutes, a mod messaged me asking me to take it down. Said it was “not appropriate for public discussion.” That’s when I knew the book was real. You can feel it when you read it- like you’re peeking into a part of the economy the average person isn’t meant to see. It doesn’t hype you up. It declassifies you.
Fyp
great stuff
DONT BUY A VELOCITY PAINTING … I
Thanks for continuing updates I'd rather trade the stock market as it's more profitable. I make an average of $34,500 every 2 weeks even though I barely trade myself.
For me the biggest mindset change came after reading the book Manifest Your Millions on Sefirelu, since reading it the only thing I think about is money
your cooking cleaning wasting time doing that regardless , why dont u just do a bit more time and cook more so u get more food means u spend less on takeouts ? none have no free time to cook , when u cook u cook a bit more and save more time to work and more food to save money from take outs
I wish more young people understood the damage reckless spending can do. Maxing out credit cards, draining savings just to keep up with trends… it’s a fast track to financial stress. If you’re not careful, you’ll hit 40 with nothing to show for your hard work.
Investing in education has been the number one thing that has paid off in my 20s. I have found that education gives you the knowledge, and that knowledge opens doors again and again. The amazing thing about education too is that it is so versatile. You don't need to go to college anymore to learn how to code or do things, instead you can take a certification course or read a book or even go on google and find it. It truly is an amazing benefit to have!
Also, looking at my bank account every day has changed my life because there have been so many times when I caught random or mistake expenses (free trials) that I would have missed.
No mention of time aka money being wasted on commuting.
stop shilling working for free, I got bills to pay and there's nothing stopping you from firing me and employing another gullible dude that will do unpaid labor for you
IF YOU ARE NOT COMING FROM A RICH FAMILY. THE RICH FAMILY MUST COME FROM YOU. Read "KNOW MONEY OR NO MONEY". ITS COMING OUT ON 23 SEPTEMBER 2025.
lmao second point is wack. I can learn just as much at the job that pays me more and if anything I'll learn more. There are plenty of studies showing that people who are financially stable do better in life, not just monetarily, but health-wise as well. I'm not gonna stress myself out being broke living check to check just to "learn" from you. If I have enough money then I will be in the right headspace to pursue learning and growth on my own. The people who don't learn are those who don't have the luxury to learn because they have to spend every waking moment thinking of how to survive.
This video contains truly life-changing insights. Financial mistakes made in your 20s can cost you big time in the future. I wish I had learned these lessons earlier🫡 The advice Alex gives isn’t just about money management but also about developing a long-term mindset. Amazing content! 🙌
1:35 Yeah, I've being exploited before, no thanks
I just found this money advice for 20-somethings refreshingly real! The part about investing in yourself rather than status symbols hit home—I've watched friends drain their accounts for Instagram-worthy purchases. Love the idea of automating investments while making spending manual. Checking my account daily transformed my financial awareness completely! Anyone else struggle with prioritizing learning over earning? The shift in mindset from saving pennies to investing in your earning potential feels counterintuitive but makes perfect sense in the long term!
4:21 Only if you are not on fixed salary.
Hate from NH!!! Schmuck 😂
thanks for all
First off can I just say I appreciate the he’ll out of him getting to the point within 15 seconds of the video starting…
Not a lot of YouTubers do that
