I am 22 years old, lost my dad about half a year ago and I am going to receive some money soon. Would it be smart to grow my money in stocks for a few years while I am in college and then invest in rental properties afterwards, or should I go for real estate investing first?
Really good advice. My conclusion is that your first investment has to be on yourself. If you are on shape, you can focus more on what is important, and that means that you have energy for your financial goals.

Do you happen to have any content on obtaining "clients" I currently run a business and while we're moderately successful but it's difficult to find and obtain new clients inorder to obtain a higher volume of jobs… Then my other question is, who do you trust enough to put the cherry on top of your "sundae"… I mean most businesses have that same issue, hard to find good help
I definitely need to start turning my labor and time into money. Definitely would like a way to get access to OPM without borrowing. Definitely trying to grow my network
Sounds like to me the biggest advice to me is to start young. By the time you're pushing 50 and still broke. It's a lot harder to have any time and energy to relearn everything you thought you knew about finances. After a few years of research. You may know what to do. But you still don't have 30 years left to play that long game anymore. You may die of old age before you even see small returns. So start literally start right out of highschool or before if you can. I wish i had done that. But i got stuck living paycheck to paycheck like most people and before i knew it 20 years had gone by with nothing to show for it. Start as soon as you can. That way you are seeing returns by the time you are 40 instead of 80.
