Selling domains as a flipper, I don’t know much about. I know you can buy a domain cheap but if you do, I’ve sold when I’m done with Ashley brought me more money than I got liquidating the business as far as making $1 million I don’t know… As far as the laundry business, your initial investment is super super expensive you can buy used machines all the time are super expensive or you can buy new machines for $25-$30,000 apiece or you can rent machines and let somebody else take care of the maintenance but you pay roughly 40 to 60,000 by the time the lease is out and you have to update And that is per machine not seeing you making $1 million on that anytime soon as far as a car wash a haven’t got a clue really as to what it would take, but I would say that the equipment is expensive to get into a little more expensive if you want to add a water circle system And the return on investment, ROI, I don’t really know. However, I do know that over the years I had to work on mini car washes because the pumps would fail or the waterlines freeze up and split. They are not super cheap to continually repair, but understand the maintenance is much lower than the cost to invest that I guess take your chances throw your money or you think you can make money, but at the risk of yours. The best way to make good money is to find something. No one else is doing that needs solved in your community. Find a solution and be the only provider for that solution, you will be the person in demand and you will make money when you’re the only person that knows how to do it control the market your prices your investment required and you can justify your cost that luck to you.
