Why would you use the 50 y growth mean market instead of an indicator such as the 200 day moving average?
Great video! I have a question about the explanation starting at 11:03. I’m wondering how you determined the exact percentage thresholds between the moving average and the stock price, and how those percentages translate into increasing or decreasing your monthly investment. For example, you mentioned that if the stock price is 10% above the moving average, you would reduce your monthly contribution by 25%. Why specifically 25%? And why 50% when the price is 20% above the moving average?
Also, does this work the other way around as well? For instance, if the market price is 20% below the moving average, would you then double your investment for that month? If someone else has an idea please let me know:))) Thanks in advance!!
