Money by Majella actually posted a similar video that motivated me to make this one so make sure you check that out: https://youtu.be/-fpVrYKM7y0
How about moomoo? Please reply i heard alot
3 years ago, do you still feel the same about Raiz? I a bunch of people saying its good but now i'm not suer what to do lol
Should we use Raiz or leave it I’m already investing 100$ a week so what do you suggest?
So RAIZ is a thief then, I knew all of this shares and crypto are fcking scams
How much are you getting paid for this video?
My RAIZ account shows 11% return for the last 12 months which seems reasonable.
Thanks for the consise review. I've had Raiz installed for a month but held off getting it set up until I checked the investment options and fees.
foo ck with all scamers
I’ve tried all those platforms absolute waste of time. Too expensive. Not worth it imo. Prefer the platforms like Betashares, superhero, stake.
I dont use the round up function because I'm on such a tight budget, a few dollars here and there ends up putting my account in arears before my next pension payment tbh
BUT I do invest each fortnight, and i especially have made a pretty penny when I started putting my entire pension (minus rent and groceries) into my voyager portfolio during the covid economic collapse lol
A 10 min video just to tell you "there are fees".
I made 36% on Universe sept 23 – sept 24 💋💋💋and I'm happy and will continue using this platform.
I can only speak for CommSec Pocket, but the fees are tax deductible.
You don’t really lose money, you just don’t make as much as if you’d managed it yourself.
That’s why it’s called a management fee.
Who can be bothered rounding up the small change ?
I’ve started one for fun and am getting my young adult children involved to learn good habits and learn about money. If they come back to me and say they can do better then the fees have been well spent !
Of course you have the click bait thumbnail of a scam then proceed to explain that it's not a scam and just want to educate people that's its just provably not the right decision for them
What app do you recommend then for small investors ? I guess that as o ther people commented if they invest big amount of money $2 is nothing big in my casi I have not much to invest. Is there any app you can recommend please 😊
Raiz is good. I had about 40K in it and walked away with about 4k in returns. the monthly means nothing except for very cheap minded people who shouldnt be investing anyway. I'm dollar average about 200k in it soon.
I invested with Raiz for a handful of years but with a much greater investing amount (50-70k) and it did return a solid 12k (not counting the few hundred in fees). after another year of stagnant returns I then pulled out the full amount back into several savings accounts. basically, in my opinion if you're investing small amounts like in the hundreds or low thousands probably not worth it for apps with a maintenace fee, but if you are doing 5 figures or higher it'll likely yield good results over time.
Thanks
Rather than round ups, if you directly invest say 100 bucks a week for a long period of time (minimum 5 years) you will find that returns from dividends significantly outweigh the cost of maintaining these portfolios. Your examples are correct but these apps aren’t designed for get rich quick schemes.
Great vid bro
