I was relieved to see the stabbing machine required 2 buttons to be pressed simultaneously.
With their bare hands though?
Gross!
Noooo, I hadn't have nearly enough Brie or any Camembert yet…
I don't like brie or any other molded cheeses, so…
Goodbye and good riddance! Don't ever come back!!!
7:40 who knows that the og banana was the gros Michael because of Balatro
Its not but the investors really need a bump in sales, or the horse they bought last month might not get two weekly therapy sessions anymore. Bree sucks and you suck if you like it this much
Go into under earth. Fungi around the world in caves, or at tree roots are typically white. There you have your white fungi 🙂
Why the hell that guy is touching everything with his hand 😢 that too without gloves
It is crazy the things we take for granted in our lives that could one day just vanish. The people behind the scenes working to protect our food THANK YOU.
Good, you wear everything out,
No!
All blue-white LEDs made currently leak UV light. Tell this to the French lady. Please.
So the mold has the Asgards problem…poor Thor.
Now when I see white mold on some particular food in my fridg I think, whoa, maybe, who knows. Got a bunch of white mold on food the other day and threw it out, now having regrets.
New Zealand: The New Cheese Capital of the World, born from the cheesey ashes of France
you can map the genome. i don't get why this is an issue.
You get an original batch of spores in storage at one of the manufacturers and start the lineage cycle over.
We have the capability to edit genes these days, edit some good diversity back into the population and let it merge and replicate naturally with the existing mold.
Funny cheese factory cleaner than other factory
Sounds like senescence in other fungi species.
I would sign a petition to Not save the Brie…. eww
This video is actually terrible. 7:55 This is not the title at all, this is a potential threat that NEVER HAPPENED in 100 years because this mold literally makes it's own protective antibiotics. Terrible video.
As someone who doesnt like moldy cheese, this is insane. I didnt even know it was a controlled process but i guess it makes sense. Hopefully they find a replacement that doesnt change the flavor profile too much for yall that do like it.
Propaganda paid for by Big Mold™ to sell more fungi
Gross.
So what your saying is the batch of camemberti i found in my backyard for my college research on molds and how they work wouldve made me a billionaire? 😂😢
that's ok, there's still cottage cheese. Tastes exactly the same.
I guess they would have to treat it like a clean room if they want to keep the bacteria alive.
I never realized the mold was literally mold
camembert mold doesn't really melt in sauces i remember making just from the inside and it makes a delicious cheese sauce :))
omg that french camembert 😩 i wanna eat it so bad 😭 im sorry
why cant you grown your own mold inhouse?
