I’ve been approved to participate in freelance opportunities through Outlier, where I was excited to offer my expertise. However, when I enter my details into the platform, I am being kicked out with an error message stating that I already have an account with RemoteTask.
The issue is that, with my existing RemoteTask account, I am unable to update my cellphone number. Every time I try, I’m met with an error, and I’ve been unable to proceed with either Outlier or RemoteTask due to this. Can I get assistance please
